Naci KAHRAMAN
Naci Kahraman is an entrepreneurship ecosystem builder, innovation consultant, mentor, and angel investor with extensive experience in supporting early-stage technology startups. He blends strategy, creativity, and execution to design impactful startup programs, products, and communities - turning bold ideas into reality, from innovation strategy to hands-on management.
___Naci Kahraman received his B.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems and Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University in 2014 and his Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Galatasaray University in 2017.Between 2014 and 2020, he played a key role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem at Sabancı University, where he managed and implemented various startup support projects. During this period, he worked with over 50 technology startups through Inovent A.Ş., the university’s investment and strategic consultancy company. Sabancı University was recognized as Turkey’s Most Entrepreneurial and Innovative University for consecutive years during his tenure — reflecting the strong impact of the university’s entrepreneurship programs and his leadership in the field.In late 2019, Naci founded Kahraman Solutions, a consultancy that helps early-stage founders understand their business models, achieve sustainable growth, and access investment and international connections. The firm also supports corporate companies and organizations in designing, executing, and managing startup support programs and innovation projects.Over the years, Naci has contributed to national and international entrepreneurship initiatives, including serving as Project Coordinator for TÜBİTAK BiGG - BiGG3INN, a government-backed investment program for early-stage entrepreneurs, and Incubation Program Manager in the United Nations-supported Accelerate2030. He has also held managerial positions at StartupMarket, a digital platform connecting startups and investors.Beyond his program and project work, Naci actively engages in mentorship and angel investing, supporting technology-driven founders as they navigate growth, fundraising, and international expansion.Today, Naci Kahraman continues to play a vital role in the technology entrepreneurship ecosystem, combining his expertise in program design, innovation management, and venture development with a hands-on approach to bring transformative ideas to life.

Game Incubation Program, OGEM
OGEM is a game development center that supports game developers and was established with the support of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.Within OGEM, the Game Incubation Program, offers training and mentoring, workspace, equipment, marketing and investor preparation support to early stage game studios for 6 months.(2022 - 2023)
Investors Dialogue Program, Izmir NIC
İzmir Network and Innovation Center (İzmir NIC), which aims commercialization and internationalization of innovative products, is a 3-year project implemented by Teknopark İzmir and financed within the framework of financial cooperation of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey.Naci Kahraman carry out studies to ensure that the startups involved in the project meet with right investors, locally and internationally. Accelerate2030 Turkey
Naci Kahraman ran the 2021 Turkey batch of Accelerate2030, the world’s largest scaling program connecting entrepreneurship and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 20+ countries. Program is founded by Impact Hub and United Nations Development Program. (2021)
